CCT Community Open House: Exploring Reflective Practice through Dialogue

Monday, February 4, 2013
main session: 6:45-8:30pm
Campus Center, 3rd Floor, Room 3540
Open to the general public and CCT community. Refreshments will be served.

Have you said to yourself lately, "I'd really like to change this aspect of my own work, if only I had time to step back and think about it, to plan, to get clear on the issues and what I actually want..."? During this session, we'll take this time and explore how we can continue to develop as reflective practitioners. By using this perspective, we guide ourselves and others in the process of identifying what we'd really like to change about our own work, reflect on our approaches to teaching and learning, and examine what we need to do to adjust our practices, behaviors, and responses to challenges. Our discussion will use the format of the Dialogue Process, which involves a particular focus on listening as we engage with others and bring our thoughts to the surface.
