Arrangements
Start at 8:30 or 9 or 9.30am, end at 4.30 or 5 or 5.30pm; in room with a window

Funding needs for 1st workshop: Refreshments + Lunch (10 * $10), Transcription software & correction ($130 + 4 hours @ $40), POD set up (incl. cover design = $650) = $1040 + travel. Subsequent workshops don't have the software cost and have only $70 for POD revision.

Lapel mic to optimize audio recording (plugging in to handheld recorder?)
