Discussion leading, Assisting & Refreshments sign up sheet
Bottled water can be brought into the classroom, but not food or other drinks. (It's a computer lab.)
Any food or other refreshments you bring should be able to be set up outside the room and consumed during a 10 minute break in the middle of the class.
The person who brings the refreshments must clean it up at the end and take anything extra away -- or arrange for it to be taken away. (Bottled water can be left in my office down the corridor.)
It is important that this is done in a way that doesn't divert the instructor from talking with students about their work before during or after the class.
