Appreciations of Syntheses

These appreciations or reviews are intended to foster the "vertical" CCT community, that is, alums connecting with current students and other alums -- in this case, with the most recent graduates. The new graduates will get the attention of an alum they ask to read and review their synthesis; the alum should get some CCT recharge from reading and reflecting.
