Online Contributor/Coach/Connector


Alums of the CCT program and online students are invited to apply to be an Online Contributor/Coach/Connector (OC) for the fall or spring semester or over the summer (June-August). The stipend is modest ($400), but the non-monetary rewards—learning, connecting with others, and being engaged with critical, creative, reflective practice—should make the work worthwhile. The Program especially encourages applications from online students to help compensate for the expenses they incur to participate in the three-week Summer Institute during July.

Once you have the hang of a CE, you might also consider apprenticing to a host and then hosting one yourself. In all these activities, you are encouraged to contribute "plus-deltas," i.e., notes about things that you appreciated together with items you think could be developed further or differently.

For the stipend, you should aim for a total of 100 contributions, which could be made up of a combination of posts, CE sessions, and consultations with students.
